Terms of Use for Workshop Partners

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the partnership between MotorHub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our authorized Workshop Partners (“you” or “your”). By registering or collaborating with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Partnership Eligibility
- Workshops must be licensed, insured, and professionally certified in automotive services.
- Partners must maintain high-quality service standards as per MotorHub’s guidelines.
- Submission of valid business documentation is required for verification.
2. Responsibilities of Workshop Partners
- Provide accurate and transparent service estimates to customers.
- Use genuine/OEM-approved parts unless otherwise agreed.
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and data privacy regulations.
- Maintain professional conduct with MotorHub customers.
3. MotorHub’s Role
- Facilitate customer referrals to partner workshops.
- Provide branding materials and promotional support (where applicable).
- Monitor service quality and customer feedback.
4. Fees & Payments
- Commission or service fees (if applicable) will be outlined in a separate Partner Agreement.
- Payments will be processed within 10 days of invoice approval.
5. Intellectual Property
- MotorHub’s logos, branding, and digital assets may only be used with prior written consent.
- Unauthorized use may result in partnership termination.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate the partnership with [X] days’ written notice.
- MotorHub reserves the right to immediately suspend partners for:
- Fraudulent activities
- Consistent poor customer feedback
- Breach of these Terms
7. Liability & Disclaimers
- MotorHub is not liable for disputes between workshops and customers.
- Partners are responsible for their workmanship, warranties, and insurance claims.
8. Amendments
- These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued partnership implies acceptance of revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws governed by UAE regulations.
